Technical Support

M2M Tech offers multi level support packages in order to suit both the commercial and operational needs of the customer.

1st Line Support

Suitable for everyday support issues and queries that need to be dealt with swiftly and effectively through our phone / email support. First line support will gather as much information as possible regarding the nature of the customer’s issue and try to resolve as quickly as possible.

2nd Line Support

Should a support ticket need to be escalated, 2nd line support is available to resolve the issue should it require a more  complex and detailed solution.


Warranty Support

Return to Base Warranty

M2M Tech products are some of the most reliable and robust within the industry, however we appreciate that from time to time support may be required from a qualified engineer.  


In the unlikely event that a product is required to be returned, customers can raise a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return a product for repair or replacement under the agreed warranty agreement.
